SPRING SEQUINS

I found this adorable top with a cute bow in Vero Moda. There was just one piece left and I couldn't resist picking it up!! I paired it with this skirt (courtesy mum) with an all over sequined pattern that I found in a fabric store! Similar coloured peep toes and and a gold bracelet completed the look! I didn't accessorize too much because the skirt is soo blingy ( for lack of a better word) and let the look remain simple!! Thank you for dropping by!! Have a great day!!

TANGERINE

This look consists of a floral printed linen shimmer skirt that I got made and my favorite tangerine Vero Moda top. I'm really into skirts right now as opposed to dresses!! I think they are much much more versatile , can be worn with tons of different things and can be dressed up and down depending on the occasion / mood . I wore this outfit with some coral heels from Forever New , a silver necklace from The Classy and Fabulous Shop and  silver watch and silver bracelet from Giordano and Forever 21 respectively.. I also blow dried my hair because the frizziness was reaching new heights!! Hope you like!!

SILVERN NIGHTS

I wore this on to dinner and clubbing on Friday!! The skirt has this zigzag print and the top has a floral pattern. Put together , I think they look quite good! I was previously confused as to whether I should wear a black top or this one- but i settled for this! Black I think would haven been way too obvious!! Although there was a hint of both gold and silver in the skirt, I decided to wear silver accessories. Hope you like the pictures!! :)

SUMMER

IT'S HOT! So damn hot . 40 degrees celsius and humidity levels of almost 90%. It couldn't get worse! wearing full length jeans is impossible! Skinny and jeggings are out of the question! Trust me. I wore them once and stepped out of the house only to run back in within 5 minutes to change! So I'm going to survive the summer in shorts and cotton pants - ONLY. And skirts of course!! This is going to be a double post. Two outfits in one! My trusty fedora in both. It serves a dual purpose- makes my hair that is sooo frizzy (thank you humidity) look manageable and protects me from the Sun.
Also I've rejoined Tennis. I have played that sport for almost 5 years previously and it feels good to be back!! :)

COLOR BLOCKING

I love the combination of blue and green . It's soothing and works out well while color blocking. Another combination I love is pink and orange . Hopefully I should be able to put together an outfit involving those two soon.

MONOCHROME MAGIC

I tried the monochrome trend using two staples: the cute ruffle details skirt from Forever New and the peter pan collar top from Zara. To give the outfit a pop of color , I wore some coral high heels and colorful bracelets from Accessorize and Promod. Hope you like!! More posts coming soon!!
